Design and construction can be run by one team or by two. Both work. The difference is who carries the cost of a drawing that is hard to build.
Two ways to work
One team
We design and build under one agreement. The people pricing the house sit with the people drawing it, so the budget is tested as the design develops. To confirm: which design work is in-house and which is with partner architects.
With your architect
You bring an architect and drawings. We price them, raise what is hard or costly to build while it is still a line on paper, and then build.
Interiors and selections
Stone, wood, tile, fixtures, hardware and lighting are chosen with samples in hand and recorded against the drawings, so what is ordered is what was agreed.
