What we build

Four kinds of residential work.

Traditional House

See the house before it is built

An illustration made from the model, not a photograph.

The Traditional House is a Georgian-style house drawn to the last dimension and built in three dimensions from its own drawings. The walk on the home page goes through that house in one day: from the air in the morning, in at the doors, through its rooms and down to the lower level at night.

Questions about residential work

How long does a custom home take?

It depends on the size of the house, the site and the permitting authority, so we do not quote a number before we know those. You receive a schedule at the end of preconstruction, when the drawings and selections it depends on are fixed.

What does it cost?

We do not publish a price per square foot, because site work, structure and finishes move it too far in either direction to be useful. A cost model is built alongside the drawings so you see the budget change as decisions are made. To confirm: whether Noble's Crest wants to publish a starting range.

Do you work with my architect?

Yes. We build from your architect's drawings, or design and build as one team. See design-build for how the two differ.
