Build on your lot
The lot decides more about a house than most people expect. We would rather look at it with you before you buy than explain its limits afterward.
Three starting points
Before you buy
We walk the lot and read its zoning, setbacks, slope, trees, utilities and drainage, and tell you what it can carry.
Tear down and rebuild
An older house on a good street. We handle demolition, the new foundation and everything above it.
Estate lots
Larger sites where the drive, the grading, wells or septic fields and outbuildings are part of the project.
Questions about building on a lot
Can you look at a lot before I make an offer?
Yes, and it is the most useful moment to ask. Send the address or the listing with the consultation form.
What limits what can be built?
Usually zoning setbacks and height, lot coverage, protected trees, stormwater rules and, in some neighborhoods, historic or municipal review. Which of these apply depends on the jurisdiction; the service area pages describe each one.
