About Noble's Crest
Where does Noble's Crest build?
In Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. The service area pages describe each place.
What kinds of project do you take on?
Custom homes, renovations and additions, commercial space including offices, retail, medical and restaurants, and development.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licenses are held in each jurisdiction where we work. The numbers are on the licenses and insurance page, where you can also see who to check them with.
About a project
How do I start?
Schedule a consultation. Tell us where the site is, what you want to build and when you hope to start. A survey, drawings or photographs help if you have them, but none are required.
What does a custom home cost?
We do not publish a price per square foot, because site work, structure and finishes move it too far in either direction to be useful. A cost model is built alongside the drawings.
How long does it take?
It depends on size, site and permitting. You receive a schedule at the end of preconstruction, when the things it depends on are fixed.
Do you design as well as build?
Yes. Noble's Crest offers design, construction and development. To confirm: which design work is done in-house and which with partner architects.
Can I see a house before I commit to one?
That is what the Traditional House is for: a Noble's Crest house built in three dimensions from its drawings. It is on this site now: the outside through a whole day, and the rooms one by one from the upper gallery down to the theater on the lower level.
