What an account is for

Clients follow their project: updates from the site, messages with us, documents. Contractors, developers, lenders and brokers have pages of their own for bids, sites, draws and clients — tell us who you are after signing up, and we will set yours up.

Signing up with Google or GitHub uses the address they have verified, and makes no password: you sign in the same way each time.
